Before starting a telehealth counseling session, consider the physical space you have available.
Is is private? Do you have a strong connection to the internet? Do you have a comfortable place to be? Is your space free from distraction?
We will have the best connection if you have access to the newest versions of Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox on desktops/laptops. A mobile app to access your appointments is also available through Simple Practice.

About Me
Reaching out for support and choosing your therapist can be overwhelming. Thank you for taking these first steps towards self care and personal growth. To make this process a bit easier, here’s a bit about myself.
I am a child of Korean immigrants, born here in California. I highly value diversity and celebrate differences. There are many strategies to cope with systemic oppression, and I acknowledge this as part of my therapy services.
I am a cis gendered, heterosexual woman who was once monogamously married, and now I practice ethical non-monogamy with long term committed partners. I value the variety of ways that people of all genders, orientations, and relational configurations love and care for each other.
I am a passionate person who loves learning new skills and who looks to find hope and joy in the process of discovery. This too I bring into the therapeutic relationship.
With over 20 years of experience as a mental health professional, I have counseled a wide diversity of people. Additionally, I have served the community in the following practice areas: foster care, domestic abuse, crisis and suicide intervention, trauma and community mental health and social emotional learning in education.
