Individual Therapy
Sometimes, stress and depression can feel like overwhelm, panic, exhaustion or even like you are numb. It may feel like it’s harder and harder to get everything done - or maybe even get anything done at all.
The weight of taking care of others and all your responsibilities can leave you drained and self-care may seem like yet another task that “should” get done.
Together, we can create a safe space where we can examine these feelings, learn and practice new ways of navigating through trauma, relationship stress, or social isolation.
Our time together will be co-created in the comfort of your own home via secure and privacy protected telehealth platform.
When you are responsible for so many things, it can be hard to take time for yourself. I’m here to support you when you are ready.

Partnered Therapy
There are many ways of loving, caring for and supporting each other.
There are just as many ways to get it wrong or to be misunderstood. Partners of all kinds have come to me to navigate jealousies, gain clarity and receive support around relationship agreements. I can offer guidance and empathy through the often fraught process of opening up monogamous relationships.
It is not my role to judge or take sides, but to support your relationships, promote clarity of intentions and offer a space to learn. You and your partners can practice productive and loving ways of talking things through, and experiencing new aspects of your partner(s) for greater empathy and understanding.
I’ve found that these experiences can lead to deeper intimacy and reignite the spark of passion, commitment, playfulness and joy.
Finding a time for us all to meet can be a frustrating barrier to coming to counseling. I offer all counseling services via telehealth on a HIPPA compliant platform to protect your privacy and offer more flexibility in scheduling with multiple partners.

About Me
Reaching out for support and choosing your therapist can be overwhelming. Thank you for taking these first steps towards self care and personal growth. To make this process a bit easier, here’s a bit about myself.
I am a child of Korean immigrants, born here in California. I highly value diversity and celebrate differences. There are many strategies to cope with systemic oppression, and I acknowledge this as part of my therapy services.
I am a cis gendered, heterosexual woman who was once monogamously married, and now I practice ethical non-monogamy with long term committed partners. I value the variety of ways that people of all genders, orientations, and relational configurations love and care for each other.
I am a passionate person who loves learning new skills and who looks to find hope and joy in the process of discovery. This too I bring into the therapeutic relationship.
With over 20 years of experience as a mental health professional, I have counseled a wide diversity of people. Additionally, I have served the community in the following practice areas: foster care, domestic abuse, crisis and suicide intervention, trauma and community mental health and social emotional learning in education.
